Revitalizing Sewer Lines in Pipestone, MN

The Challenge

The homeowner's sewer line was under siege, with roots infiltrating at two different points along the seams and multiple areas exhibiting signs of damage. The accumulation of gravel and dirt over time further complicated the issue, leading to frequent backups. The need for a comprehensive solution was evident, and the Coreline team was ready to rise to the occasion.

The Coreline Approach

Our skilled technicians arrived on the scene, prepared to tackle the challenge head-on. With a state-of-the-art camera, our team dove into the depths of the problematic pipe, identifying the root causes of the issue. To avoid the disruption of extensive excavation, the team strategically accessed the pipe in the basement of the home.

The Solution

Coreline's innovative solution involved a meticulous cleaning of the original sewer line, followed by installing a new liner. The revolutionary process of inverting and curing the liner in place allowed us to rehabilitate a staggering 110 feet of sewer line—all accomplished through a modest 2 by 2-foot hole in the basement.

Benefits of the Coreline Approach

Opting for a 2 by 2-foot access point proved to be a game-changer for this project. In stark contrast to traditional methods involving extensive digging, our approach eliminated the need to disrupt the basement floor, excavate under the foundation, or wreak havoc on the lawn and street. The result? A seamlessly restored sewer line without the collateral damage that typically accompanies such repairs.
